I am a front-end web developer with a keen eye for clean lines and a classic aesthetic. I build websites that are beautiful, responsive, accessible, and easy to use. I also teach my clients how to confidently update and manage those websites. I usually work in WordPress but the content management solution is always what is best for the client.
My clients are small business owners, artists, and non-profits who want more from their website and are excited about the possibilities. I love “warm minimalist” design. I believe in a kind and straightforward approach to teaching and communicating. I have a degree in photography from OCAD and can often be exploring one of Toronto’s many gorgeous libraries.
My superpower is problem solving. I can find (or create!) an elegant solution to almost any complex problem.
Responsive, completely custom WordPress website for Thobors Boulangerie Patisserie Café. Sarah Hunter’s beautiful design highlights Thobors’ amazing products: macarons, pâtisseries, jams, and more. Developing this website definitely made me a little hungry. Stop by for some authentic french pastries if you’re near Davisville Village or the Upper Village (Eglinton West).
The custom WordPress website features custom fields for easy content entry for the client. Coded “mobile-first”, it looks great and works flawlessly on any screen size. The code includes schema.org mark-up. Schema.org mark-up is helpful for business information such as addresses, or product details. This extra bit of code helps search engines understand information and display it in search engine results.See complete details
